Ballantrae is a luxury, new home community located in Dublin, Ohio. Our client, The Edwards Group, commissioned Marketing Specifics to design the community identity for the luxury development. The client requested a beautiful, high-end brand and mark that would instantaneously communicate that Ballantrae was going to be a very special neighborhood with an upscale sense of place. Our Marketing Specifics’ team of designers delivered just that…an award winning, unique brand that will stand the test of time.
