Our Team
The staff members at Marketing Specifics bring outstanding credentials to their jobs. The president, Joan N. Barnes is a certified Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM). She also serves on the Board of Governors of the Builder Marketing Society and is a member of the National Sales and Marketing Council. Other staff members, all highly qualified in their areas of specialization, complete a team that offers many years of experience in marketing, advertising, art and design, interior design, architectural millwork and graphic production.
